Dave started playing collegiate baseball at Lehigh Carbon Community College (PA). He then transferred to Shepherd University (WV), where he finished his collegiate playing career. Later he became an intern assistant baseball coach at Frostburg State University (MD), and in 2011, he helped lead the team to its first Capital Athletic Conference Championship. Since that time, Dave has been coaching, mentoring, teaching and inspiring athletes throughout Maryland & Pennsylvania. He spent 5 years at St. Paul’s School (Brooklandville, MD) serving first as an Assistant, then Head Varsity Wrestling coach & Head Varsity Baseball coach. During that time he was part of over 50 wins with 2 trips to the MIAA B Championship in baseball. He led the wrestling program to capture the 2023-2024 MIAA B Conference Champions and MD Independent School State Champions - B Division. He is currently serving as the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at York Suburban HS in PA. Dave’s passion for baseball goes far beyond just coaching as he still competes locally with York Township in the Susquehanna League (PA) and on a national level with the 25+ Maryland Dodgers.

GREG ROSS»
Greg began his collegiate baseball journey at the Community College for Baltimore County, Essex Campus (MD). He transferred to Frostburg State University (MD) in his junior year, where he continued to play baseball. Greg was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 18th round of the 2011 MLB draft. He played professionally for seven seasons and moved through the ranks of the minor league system. Greg played professionally in Venezuela (El Tiburones de La Guaira). In 2018, he ended his professional career with the Washington Nationals Triple A affiliate. Following his professional career, Greg began using his experience to train and mentor youth athletes. He was the Varsity Assistant coach for the St. Paul’s School Crusaders in Lutherville from 2021-2024. He is currently the Freshman Head coach at Calvert Hall College HS in Towson. Greg continues to compete on a national level playing with the 25+ Maryland Dodgers.

STEPHEN MIELE
Coach Stephen began his collegiate playing career at JUCO powerhouse Potomac State College of WVU. He then went on to West Virginia University (NCAA DI) and later transferred to York College of PA (NCAA DIII). His senior campaign in 2014 Stephen captained the Spartans led the program in triples, home runs, & stolen bases. He still competes locally with York Township in the Susquehanna League (PA) and on a national level with the 25+ Maryland Dodgers.

Coach Wayne has been a member of the BEAST Baseball organization since 2020. Playing in 3 full seasons at the 17U & 18U level as a 2B/OF. Wayne graduated from Sparrows Point High School in 2022 where he led the Varsity Baseball program to several trips to the MPSSAA State tournament. Including a spot in the state championship final in 2021. He also coaches youth athletes throughout the year for BEAST Baseball Elite Camps/Clinics. Brooks has an extensive & successful background in wrestling to complement his mental toughness approach to baseball. He served as Team BEAST 15/16U assistant coach in 2022-2023.

«XAVIER THOMAS
Xavier started playing collegiate baseball at Garrett Community College (MD). He then transferred to Wheeling University (WV), where he finished his collegiate playing career. While attending Wheeling, Xavier was a dual sport athlete as he also competed in Football. He played in the Palm Springs Collegiate League & Ohio Valley Collegiate League during his summers through college. Xavier helps provide elite level coaching to youth ball players throughout MD working as an instructor for BEAST Baseball’s Elite Camps & Clinics. He is currently serving as an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Overlea HS in MD. On top of that he is a Certified Personal Trainer who works with many athletes from a wide variety of sports.

Coach Justin is a York, PA native, he has been around baseball for decades playing up through High school at the varsity level. Justin has been involved with multiple baseball organizations and coaching at all levels, currently he is the assistant varsity coach at York Suburban High School. His passion for coaching has carried over to providing lessons and clinics to youth and high school players alike. His primary focus is on youth development and helping kids and young adults achieve their goals on and off the field. Justin is starting his coaching career with BEAST Baseball as the head coach for the 14u team (PA).

Coach Treyton has been around baseball for the greater part of his life. Having played Varsity HS baseball at York Suburban HS and most recently playing in competitive men’s leagues around PA. He currently serves as an assistant coach for York Suburban HS, working as the primary pitching coach. He has coached youth travel baseball for a few years for the Young Trojans. Coach Treyton is focused on sharing his knowledge of the game to help youth athletes grow their skill set on and off the field.
